Text to speech not working for Cantonese - macOS Sequoia 15.5

I finally got text to speech working on my Mac for Cantonese.

Enter SYSTEM SETTINGS >> ACCESSIBILITY >> SPOKEN CONTENT >> SYSTEM SPEECH LANGUAGE (select Cantonese) and SYSTEM VOICE (select Sinji or variation). Select the Info icon next to SYSTEM VOICE. On the left-hand panel of the pop-up, select CHINESE. Under SPOKEN LANGUAGE, select CANTONESE >> DONE.

Why Apple chose such a complicated interface to navigate this choice, I don't know. Hope this works for you.
