Create FLAC

Some test results from using FLAC creators:

EAC - slow secure mode (25min), cue sheet for wav only (not compitable)
fre:ac - no secure mode
CUERipper - does not support chinese
foobar2000 - does not support chinese, no secure mode, no cue sheet

Convert Flac to mp3

The easiest tools to convert Flac to mp3 is Helium Audio Converter.

Both support Unicode filenames but not mp3 tags.
